Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients on the recruitment platform, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
2. Handle client inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely support.
3. Analyze client usage data (e.g., campaign performance, recruitment metrics) and provide actionable recommendations.
4. Assist in driving client renewals and upselling to increase engagement and platform usage.
5. Maintain and update client records, and regularly report client feedback and status to management.
Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, HR, Management, or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, customer success, or after-sales support; experience in recruitment platforms or HR services is a plus.
3. Strong communication and service skills, able to independently resolve client issues.
4. Data-driven mindset, able to provide insights and optimization suggestions based on client data.
5. Proficiency in English and Bangla.
