Patient Relationship Officer

Help patients to avail services, provide accurate information, assist in maintaining patient files and in doctors' chambers, explain prescriptions and power cards, assist in counseling, and ensure excellent patient care. Requires strong ethics, good interpersonal and communication skills, and cooperation with colleagues.
