Qualifications & Requirements: • Educational Background: Must have completed Graduation. • Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related professional field. • Communication Skills: High proficiency in both written and verbal communication. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar administrative software. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
