Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide professional assistance to customers through various communication channels.
• Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions with strong attention to detail.
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise written and verbal correspondence.
• Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to maintain records and report on customer interactions.
• Pressure Management: Remain calm and empathetic while handling complex customer queries or high-pressure situations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Educational Background: Must have completed Graduation.
• Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related professional field.
• Communication Skills: High proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar administrative software.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: BDT 15,700/-
