Educational Qualification: BSc in EEE from a reputed institution Experience Requirement: Minimum 06 years of experience in leather goods or footwear manufacturing industry Strong practical knowledge of machinery maintenance (Leather Goods/Footwear sector) Job Responsibilities: Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of all production machinery, equipment, and utilities Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to reduce production downtime Monitor machinery performance and recommend improvements Maintain utility systems including generators, compressors, boilers, pumps, HVAC, and electrical distribution systems Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability Coordinate with production teams for maximum machine uptime and productivity Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during installation and repair work Ensure compliance with safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and modification of machinery Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and improvement plans for management Participate in energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and buyer requirements How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV along with a recent passport-size photograph.
