Job Details
Job Description:
• Manage client communication, handle inbound leads, and support the sales team by building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct lead management by understanding client needs, project scope, and budget for interior solutions.
• Provide basic consultation for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, and full apartment or commercial interiors.
• Present expert interior advisors and engineering teams to provide onsite solutions via phone or WhatsApp and set up meetings.
• Coordinate with leads to arrange meetings at project sites or the office for detailed discussion and conversion.
• Guide clients regarding materials, finishes, and available design options.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into confirmed projects and manage payment collection before handover.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction before and after project completion.
• Record call details, update CRM systems, and prepare daily reports with analysis for management.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in telesales, customer support, Interior/Furniture industry, or call center is mandatory.
• Gender: Only females are allowed to apply (Senior candidates may be considered based on fit).
• Skills: Excellent spoken English and/or Bangla with a clear accent and polite communication style.
• Technical: Proficiency in computers, CRM or call center software, and fast typing.
• Mindset: Strong sales mindset, negotiation ability, and the capacity to handle pressure and sales rejections.
