We’re Hiring | Customer Service Representative (On-site) Company: Digimind Pro Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site / Office-based Remote Work: Not available About the Role: Digimind Pro is seeking a confident and professional Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and a clear understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) business model. The role focuses on customer communication, regular follow-ups, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
